If you live in overseas and don't have any lisnces of national fedaration:1day license fee included.
Relay(3 person relay: swim, bike, run) 51.5km(S1.5km/B40km/R10km)
Over 15 (high school age and up) on race day.
Have the ability to 1500m swim within 50 minutes
Obligation to attend the race briefing.
Common rule
Accept only road racing type bicycle.
No drafting
Oblige to wear a helmet and run shose
Recommendation to wear the wet suite |
