On the Spread of New Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In the face of the spread of COVID-19, we, the ITU World Triathlon Series Yokohama Organization Committee, have been preparing for the event on May 16th (Sat) and 17th (Sun) while collecting the latest information such as the responses and measures taken by the government.

Currently, the situation of the new coronavirus is changing day by day. We will be holding discussions with the International Triathlon Union, the Japan Triathlon Union, the Yokohama City and the Yokohama Sports Association who are the organizers of the event, and will soon be coming up with a certain direction considering what might be best for the citizens.
